As a nonprofit coffee shop and workforce development program in downtown Seattle, we serve high-quality specialty coffee while creating opportunities for underserved young adults through hands-on barista training, mentorship, and job readiness programs. I ordered a single origin Ethiopian espresso and was amazed by the flavor. Truly different from many roasts, but it was also expertly crafted. A wonderful experience. Probably the best espresso I've ever had, and I have tried many of the best cafes in many cities.
I had to update my review. We came in twice for the amazing drinks (daughter-best hot chocolate ever!), and hopefully we will be back to Seattle to see more of it! Thank you again for accommodating the hot chocolate so it wasn't hot, and everything else.
I had an amazing experience at Coffee Tap in Seattle! Their motto ‘coffee with a cause’ really stands out. I enjoyed a delicious cortado, and they even offered sparkling water on the side. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even gave me a free umbrella when it started raining. Highly recommend supporting this place!
