The Coffee TAB apprenticeship program is an 8-12 week training course designed to teach young adults in Seattle the skills necessary to thrive in the workplace and beyond. In addition to real-world experience as a paid barista, apprentices are taught job applications and interviewing; customer service; personal finance; and more.
